Fraud Investigation Consulting, LLC (FICL) was formed in 2006 to provide quality private investigation (PI) and fraud consulting services to Maryland based defense contractors, attorneys, and private individuals needing special investigative service. 

The goal of FICL is to provide the best possible service to meet the needs of our clients.  FICL is a relatively small firm based in Crofton, MD.  While FICL does not have the business volume of some large firms, we feel our smaller size allows us to provide more economical and personalized professional service to the immediate Annapolis and Crofton, MD areas we serve.  Compare our rates to the bigger PI firms in the area.  Our view is that from completing such a comparison, we will likely be hearing from you very soon.
